Running Two instance of Mysql

### step for running two MYSQL instance

yum install compat-libstdc++-33.x86_64

wget http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQL-5.1/mysql-5.1.31-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23.tar.gz/from/http://mysql.easynet.be/
tar zxvf mysql-5.1.31-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23.tar.gz
mv mysql-5.1.31-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23 /usr/local/mysql

cd /usr/local/mysql

scripts/mysql_install_db --datadir=/usr/local/mysql/data/ ( this is ur installing another instance u need to change data path)

groupadd mysql
useradd mysql -g mysql
chown -R mysql .
chgrp -R mysql .

copy my.cnf file & change port

## now start mysql

/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqld_safe --defaults-file=/usr/local/mysql/my.cnf &

## set password
/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqladmin password password

## Set Grant Access to specific IPS
### Full Acess
GRANT ALL ON *.* TO 'root'@'192.168.%' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
